Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, mash the bananas and mix in melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined—avoid overmixing.

  6. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space between each cookie.
