  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together, whisking until combined. Let it boil for about 2-3 minutes until bubbly.
  4. Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the crackers and bake for 4 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips on top, allowing them to melt for a minute before spreading evenly.
  6. Dust the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the melted chocolate.
