  • 200 g fettuccine pasta
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese to the sauce mixture; stir until slightly thickened. Toss in broccoli and fettuccine until well coated.
  5. Serve topped with grilled chicken strips while hot.
