  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
