  • 1 cup chopped kale or spinach
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup sweet potato, cubed

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cooked turkey sausage link, sliced
  • Avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add greens and cook until wilted; season with salt and pepper.
