  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice zucchinis into half-inch square sticks and cut the onion into quarters, then slice into half-inch pieces.
  2. Preheat a sauté pan or wok over medium-high heat, then add vegetable oil until shimmering.
  3. Add the sliced onion and cook for about 2 minutes until softened.
