  • 335g all-purpose flour
  • 180ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Cream the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy; then mix in the eggs one by one.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with milk until just mixed.
  5. Divide the batter into three bowls: color one pink, mix cocoa into another, and leave the third plain.
  6. Alternate dollops of each batter into the pan and gently swirl using a knife.
  7. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
