  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté onions until translucent. Add bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic; cook until tender.
