  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, flour (2 tablespoons), cinnamon (1 teaspoon), and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, cream brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats until combined.
  4. Crumble oat mixture over peaches and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
