  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz container of chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Lay out a double layer of cling wrap on your counter. Sprinkle ⅓ cup of cheddar on the cling wrap where the bottom of the cheese ball will sit.
  3. Place the cheese mixture over the layer of cheddar, covering it with the remaining shredded cheese.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap, shaping it into a ball using rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Once chilled, remove wrapping and garnish with a bell pepper stem.
