  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Open cinnamon rolls, cut each into four pieces, and set aside icing.
  4. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice; add roll pieces and shake to coat.
  5. In a mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar and melted butter.
  6. Layer half the coated roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle with half the butter mixture, then repeat with remaining pieces and drizzle.
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for five minutes before inverting onto a plate.
  8. Mix remaining pumpkin pie spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread before serving.
