  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strawberry jam
  • Pink glaze (made with powdered sugar and a few drops of milk)
  • Sparkling sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet mixture.
