  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 avocados
  • Southwest dressing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and cumin. Coat chicken tenders in this marinade.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. While the chicken rests, shred the cabbages and chop the onions and cilantro.
  4. On each tortilla, layer sliced chicken, cabbage mix, onions, cilantro, avocado slices, and drizzle with Southwest dressing. Squeeze lime juice over each wrap.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and secure if needed.
