  • 6 cups vegan marshmallows
  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling water in a small pot. Place a heatproof bowl over the pot.
  2. In the bowl, melt the unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows together while whisking until smooth (about 2–4 minutes).
  3. Carefully remove the bowl from heat; stir in the salt and red food coloring until combined.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Bubbles with the melted mixture, ensuring even coating.
  5. Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into brain-like ovals, using a butter knife to create details. Add veins with a toothpick dipped in food coloring.
