  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt in one bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, caster sugar, brown sugar, non-dairy yogurt, sunflower oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until no lumps remain.
